  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Durable medium: Any medium that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them for future reference and reproduction without alteration.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from DUMOIRE and to every distance contract concluded between DUMOIRE and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance contract, the text of these Terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where they can be viewed electronically and sent free of charge upon request.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms, both sets apply. In case of conflict, the most consumer-friendly provision prevails.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

All offers are non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn by DUMOIRE at any time.
Product images and descriptions aim to represent the products truthfully, but slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

Each offer clearly states:

  • The total price (excluding customs duties or import VAT, which remain the customer’s responsibility).

  • Shipping costs, payment methods, delivery details, and the existence (or absence) of withdrawal rights.

  • The validity period of the offer.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts DUMOIRE’s offer and meets the stated conditions.
If accepted electronically, DUMOIRE immediately confirms receipt of the acceptance.

DUMOIRE secures its digital systems and ensures safe online transactions. If the entrepreneur suspects misuse or fraud, an order may be refused or delayed pending verification.

The following information will be provided to the consumer after purchase:

  • Contact details for complaints

  • Instructions for returns and right of withdrawal

  • Warranty information

  • Duration and termination conditions for ongoing contracts

All agreements are subject to product availability.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully and return it in original condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify DUMOIRE in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt. The return must then be shipped within 14 days after that notice.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
Once the return is received, DUMOIRE will refund the amount paid within 14 days, provided the returned goods meet the stated conditions.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products of a hygienic nature whose seal has been broken

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature or perishability

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES

All prices are in GBP and exclusive of import duties or VAT where applicable.
DUMOIRE reserves the right to adjust prices due to tax, cost, or currency fluctuations.

Typographical errors or obvious mistakes are not binding.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

DUMOIRE guarantees that its products comply with the agreement, description, and reasonable quality standards.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, modification, or neglect by the consumer.
