Return Policy

Returns Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging.

  • Normal try-on is allowed; damage from misuse is excluded.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, lingerie, swimwear without intact hygiene seal, and pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival must be reported with photos.

Return Costs

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault.

How to Start a Return

Email info@dumoire.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photos if item is faulty/damaged

  4. Your name

  5. Your address

We will reply with the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to the sender address or an address not provided by our team.

Exchanges

Subject to stock, we can exchange or refund and you may place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet fulfilled. Email info@dumoire.com or reply to your order confirmation.

Notes

  • We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address provided by support.
