We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. All DUMOIRE products are delivered to your door at no additional cost.

This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a short delay.

After processing, your order will be shipped.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier workload.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

Return Conditions
